FOCA’S most recent project involves a home located in Monroe county where we have been able to secure 35 cats & kittens at this time. A family member reached out for assistance due to the homeowners health decline with an onset of dementia because they started hearing kittens crying in the home. 7 litters of kittens ranging from 3 days old to 4 weeks old have now made their way to FOCA.
